请保管好个人随身物品，瑜伽馆为学员准备了储物柜，进入课堂前可以把随身物品放进储物柜内并用密码锁上（密码请向柜台索取），缘瑜伽馆不会负责任何损失与赔偿。
请勿乱扔垃圾，保持课堂和卫生间的卫生， 人人有责。
室内严厉禁止吸烟以及喝酒。
室内一律严厉禁止吸电子烟。顾客休息区或许有家长或是小朋友逗留等待，所以希望大家为我们打造良好形象。
严厉禁止携带任何走私毒品。（违规者我们将会要求赔偿以及将采取法律行动）
Please keep your personal belongings safe. Studio has prepared LOCKER for student, you can put yours personal belongings in the lockers and lock with password before entering the class ( Please ask for the password at the counter ), Yuan Yoga is not responsible for any loss or compensation.
Please do not litter and maintain hygiene. Everyone is responsible.
Smoking and alcohol drinking are strictly prohibited during indoors.
Vapes are strictly prohibited during indoors. There may be parents or children waiting in the customer lounge, so we hope everyone will create a good image for us.
Strictly prohibit the carrying of any smuggled drugs. (Violators will be required to pay compensation and will take legal action)
‼️配套须知 PACKAGE TERMS
缘瑜伽馆保留以任何理由接受或拒绝任何申请的权利。所有学员须遵守瑜伽馆的规章制度。
所有配套均为学员个人所有，不可转让，不可退款，不可兑换。
如有因为手术/怀孕/有医生证明的病例，配套可以延长限期或者转让他人，需付转让费 RM30。
只有学员本人可以为自己预约课程。
配套不可共享。如果学员无法出席课程，一旦预定课程完成，将不允许临时更改或将名额转让给他人。
请在购买前确保了解配套的有效期限。未在有效期内使用的课程，可在购买新配套后延长7天使用期限。过期的配套只可以使用一次延长期限。配套延期或者更改期限，请联络馆主。
过期的配套，须在3个月内购买新的配套来延期旧的配套，否则过期的配套将无法再次使用。
课程须提前预约，若需取消，必须在课程开始前至少12小时通知，否则将扣除课程次数。
迟到、临时取消或缺席将视为课程已使用，所扣除的课程次数将不予退还。
如课程取消，将通过电子邮件通知。为避免不便，请在上课前查看邮箱。若因未查阅邮件而出席已取消课程，责任由本人承担。
Yuan Yoga reserves the right to accept or reject any application for any reason. All members are subject to the Studio Rules and Regulations in force.
All packages are personal to the members and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
In cases of surgery, pregnancy, or with a valid medical certificate, the package may be extended or transferred to another person. A transfer fee of RM30 will apply.
Only the package member is allowed to make reservations for themselves.
Packages are non-shareable. Once a booking is made, last-minute changes or transfers to another person are not permitted if the member is unable to attend.
Please ensure you understand the validity period of the package before making a purchase. Unused classes within the validity period can be extended for 7 days upon the purchase of a new package. Expired packages are only eligible for a one-time extension. For any extension or change of validity period, please contact the studio owner.
To extend an expired package, a new package must be purchased within 3 months of the expiry date. Otherwise, the expired package will no longer be valid or usable.
Classes must be booked in advance, and cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class to avoid credit deduction.
Late arrivals, late cancellations, or no-shows will result in credits being non-refundable.
Class cancellations will be noticed via email.
Kindly check your email before class to avoid any inconvenience.
We're not responsible if you attend a canceled class without checking.
‼️瑜伽馆设施 STUDIO FACILITIES
瑜伽轮／瑜伽椅／瑜伽砖将由本馆为每位学员准备。
请在使用过程中爱护我们的辅具工具，并在课程结束后妥善归还至指定储存区。
Yoga Wheel/Yoga Chair/Yoga Block will be prepared by the studio for each student.
Please handle our props with care when using them and ensure they are returned properly to the storage area.
